Recent HIV Workshop
Sarah Patterson co-presented a workshop on HIV and Hepatitis C with Dr. David. L. Tomas, Chief of Infectious Disease at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore.  The teaching workshop for attorneys was at the April 2007 Baltimore conference of NOSSCR - the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives.  Dr. Thomas has written extensively on this topic of co-infection.  Ms. Patterson described proof of functional impairments for a disability case involving these two infections.
