Ms. Patterson's practice is limited to Social Security and SSI disability claims for people with HIV and AIDS. She received the Lawyer of the Year award from San Francisco's AIDS Legal Referral Panel (ALRP) during her years of practice there, where she represented hundreds of people with AIDS.
